By using TeeSheet TC ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

TeeSheet TC aggregates publicly available golf tee times from courses in the Twin Cities metropolitan area and displays them in a single searchable interface. When you tap a tee time, you are directed to the course's own booking page. We do not handle bookings, payments, or reservations ourselves.

2. No Account Required

TeeSheet TC does not require you to create an account. All preferences and favorites are stored locally on your device. Subscription status is managed through your App Store or Play Store account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

TeeSheet TC Pro is available as a monthly ($4.99) or yearly ($39.99) auto-renewing subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store or Play Store settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies.

4. Tee Time Data

Tee time availability, pricing, and course information are provided as-is based on publicly available data. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any tee time listing. Always confirm details directly with the golf course before booking.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
Scrape, harvest, or redistribute tee time data from the app.

6. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TeeSheet TC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy of tee time data, pricing, or availability displayed in the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed tee times, incorrect pricing, or unavailable bookings.

9. Data Deletion

Since TeeSheet TC does not require accounts, you can remove all app data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it. See our data deletion page for details.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
